What should I check before asking someone else to manage my order?

Distinguish asking for information from authorizing a change to the purchase. Distinguish a helper's suggestion from a confirmed seller action.

What should I check when an offer includes something at no extra charge?

Check whether the benefit applies to your selected option. Ask whether a change to the main product would affect the no-charge addition.

How can I compare this product with other options?

Look for limitations that could outweigh an otherwise attractive feature. Review support arrangements when they are relevant to the purchase.
